Science- we have been exploring forces and have made volcanoes to explode.
We have learnt dinosaur songs and played percussion instruments.
We have taken part in a swimming gala and had lots of success and a gymnastics tournament where three of our pupils qualified for the next round in Cardiff.

Cameron Wilson Yr 5: 2nd in Gymnastics in Cardiff
Keane Evans Yr 3: Highly commended for gymnastics in Cardiff.
This term our topic is The Square Mile (Our Local Area)
We are going to be working with local artist Lizzie Stonehold on an exciting mural. We are also hoping to work with the Park Ranger, looking at habitats and the countryside.
P.E is on a Wednesday afternoon. Please remember to bring outdoor P.E. kit as if the weather is nice, pupils will be outside.
Swimming is on a Friday morning. All pupils should have hats and goggles.
It is important that all pupils read every night at home and please remember to send reading folders in every day.
In LRC 2 all pupils have a home school book. It is vitally important that parents use the books to report any information that they feel is useful for class teacher to know. E.g. change to medication, unsettled at home, change to routine, etc.
