Welcome to
LRC1 2015/2016
Spring Term
Last term our topic was “May the Force be with you”
We have spent time looking at different stories such as Peace at Last and Whatever Next by Jill Murphy. We have studied different feelings in different situations through the stories and through Talk About Groups.
Our Maths lessons have been looking at number and the number system, shape and space and measuring.
We competed in the Rotary Disability Gymnastics competition in Haverfordwest and we very successful with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd at Bronze level which meant we represented Pembrokeshire in the Welsh competition in Sophia Gardens, Cardiff. We are ever so proud to announce that we came away with a Welsh Champion at Bronze level and a 3rd place over all in Wales. Well Done to all the children for participating and on your achievements!
The children enjoy TAC PAC sessions and other different individual programmes throughout the week.
This term our theme is Our Square Mile
